How will the consultation take place?

The video consultation takes place via WhatsApp video call. After you share the screenshot of your payment via WhatsApp message to +919831336275, you will be responded with a message stating that a date and time of the video consultation will soon be scheduled. 

What is the charge of Video Consultation?

For New Indian patients, the charge for video consultation is 2500INR (Rupees Two thousand Five Hundred only)

For Old Indian patients following up within last 12 months, the charge for video consultation is 1500INR (Rupees One thousand five hundred only)

For Old Indian patients who has not consulted Dr.Bose in last 12 months or more, the charge for video consultation is 2000INR (Rupees Two Thousand only)

For Foreign nationals incuding Bangladeshi citizens (Old or New), the charge for video consultation is $ 60 ( Sixty United States Dollars only

How do I pay for the charges of Video Consultation ?

There are different ways to pay for the charges. You can use QR Codes, NEFT, UPI Payments, Paypal accounts, etc. The detail is mentioned below.

What to do after the payment is made?

After you have made the payment, take a screenshot of the payment or the counterpart of the deposit slip and share the screenshot via WhatsApp at +919831336275. You will be responded to soon with a message stating that a date and time for the video consultation will soon be fixed.

How long does it take to get an appointment for video consultation?

It usually takes 3 to 7 days to get a date for a video consultation. Kindly note that there are NO OPTIONS for any form of EMERGENCY VIDEO CONSULTATION.

How long will a video consultation last?

A video consultation will last as long as all your queries are responded to. 

How long is a video consultation valid?

A video consultation is valid for 30 days from the date of the first video consultation. You do not have to pay again if you need another video consultation within 30 days of the first video consultation. 

What happens if I miss a scheduled date and time for a video consultation?

Missing a date and time for video consultation is not uncommon. The doctor understands that there might be unforeseen circumstances causing the same. In case you miss a date and time for a video consultation, a fresh date and time for a video consultation will be scheduled and will be informed to you. 

Can I get a refund if I decide not to go ahead with the video consultation?

Instances, where patients cancel a video consultation after paying for it, are not uncommon. In case you wish not to go ahead with a video consultation, please notify the same via a WhatsApp message in the same chat session at +919831336275. You have to share a UPI ID for the refund to take place. Refund via NEFT is not possible. International payments cannot be refunded by any means. 

What are the other terms and conditions?
  • The video consultation takes place via WhatsApp video calling. Please ensure quality internet services during the call. 
  • A digital prescription will be served either via WhatsApp, email or a link for the prescription might be sent via normal SMS. 
  • No form of video or teleconsultation is superior to an in-person consultation with proper history taking and clinical examination. All advice provided in the consultation needs to be properly evaluated by an in-person consultation with any registered medical practitioner before abiding by the same.
